CAC President and CEO Adam Auer spoke at the Global Cement and Concrete Association’s London Climate Action Week Event.

Auer spoke on the importance of international collaboration, and decarbonization as an aspect of modernization and productivity.

“At home I advocate passionately that a strong domestic supply of cement is a matter of national sovereignty, but the truth is that decarbonizing cement and concrete is too complex, too capital intensive, and too technically demanding for any one country to solve on its own.”
