Presenting a state of the art in low-carbon construction procurement by looking at how six leading countries are creating a national database, setting baseline and targets, incentivizing suppliers and tracking progress.
Providing a foundation for future work to develop recommendations for governments and industry (concrete manufacturers and value chain partners).

The report is intended for policy makers, procurement leaders, and private sector suppliers and value chain partners in the cement, engineering and construction industries.
